Dalahoo Industrial Co. :

Dalahoo industrial company founded in 1995 with its goal to help the growing home appliances industry especially freezer and refrigerator equipments stepped in industry area of country and always have done its best to go through the way of drawing the satisfaction of costumers which is not achievable without respecting principals of quality warrant of products. Extrudable ROLL-BOND™ evaporator first product of this company was produced in this year (1995) in Karaj .

In 1996 development plan of Copper-Aluminum joints and suction pipes in various sizes and different conic shapes, was executed. The year after that (1997) assembly line of defrost heating elements started to work. Now, in this division different kinds of defrost tubular heating elements and foil heating elements are being produced.

Sinusoidal evaporator; used in fridge-freezers, was company's new product in 1998, after that company began to produce ROLL-BOND™ evaporators relying on its engineers' technical knowledge.  

In 2000, company was equipped to give some services for ROLL-BOND™ evaporators such as painting evaporator sheets with electrostatic coating color with special operation on aluminum surface, different punches, and welding connecting pipes to evaporator sheets, installing heating element, thermostat, thermofuse and thermodisc on No-frost evaporators and… with capacity of 3000 pieces per day. Argon welding for attaching connecting pipes to evaporator sheets added to the services of factory in 2001.

In 2002 company took a step forward to another stage of development and the production line of aluminum pipes with production capacity of 1500kg per day, started to work. Heating elements production part of the company was grown by producing no-frost tubular heating elements in 2003.

Beginning of producing “No-frost evaporator” in 2004 broadened other horizons of advance and development in this active company. Innovative production of one-side -flat ROLL-BOND™ evaporator in 2005 was the sign of creativity in the company.

In all stages of production, observing the quality is in order and perfect testing operations in production processes are exerted. For this reason execution of Quality Management Standard ISO 9001:2000 in this company is in progress.
